A lot of modern Jews follow a similar structure to ultramontane Roman Catholics and Jehovah Witnesses.  There is a Hierarchy with someone on the top telling people what to do and they act like that Hierarchy is God himself.  In the Tanakh there is frequent reference to God saying stuff to Moses or other prophets and it is fundamentally different than the Mishna where I just see a bunch of rules but it does not say God said those rules that I see in the Mishna's own text based on the portions I skimmed.  The Talmuds are structured similar to the Mishna in its major categories and I assume the same about it, except I am less confident about my ability to confirm this for the Babylonian and Palestinian Talmud.  I think these hierarchy structures go against the very principles taught in the Tanakh and the "new testament" and although anarchists do not have a duty to convert people to label themselves as a certain religion they should be informed of religious undue influence enough to persuade people that these religious hierarchy structures i have mentioned are doing undue influence otherwise there is no hope for anarchism as most people are unduly influenced by a religious hierarchy to accept the religion of Statism.
