Ultimately, some 14 million people would be detained in the 53 camps which operated from 1934 to 1953. According to official Soviet data, some 1,053,829 people died in the camps from various causes. Anti Zionism is not anti semitic and disagreement with Judaism is not racism

Someone can be anti Zionist without being anti semitic in fact there are a lot of anti Zionist Jews. Groups like the southern poverty law center and anti defamation league harass other people with false accusations of anti semetism. One can also disagree with most branches of the Jewish religion without being racist against Jewish individuals. Most branches of the Jewish religion are inherently racist by the way they try to treat people of what they label as Jewish racial origins different than non Jews and this policy is thousands of years old existing prior to world war two and resulting in their exile from many countries unfortunately harming Jews who did not share in the racism of the religious leaders through association with other members of the group. Any Jewish branch that does not denounce the racist portions of the Talmud is racist.
